Mine Çetin Fernandez
CEOMine Çetin has seventeen years of investment banking experience. Mine has completed many project finance and mergers & acquisitions transactions for international and Turkish companies in a variety of types including infrastructure, energy, transportation, telecommunication, healthcare, logistics, retailing, industrial manufacturing and tourism. Prior to joining Valour in 2020, she was the Managing Director of Project and Cross Border Finance in ICBC. Mine received her BS degree in International Relations from Middle East Technical University in Ankara.
Ercüment Okutan
DirectorErcüment Okutan has ten years of investment banking experience. Throughout his career, Ercüment focused on investment banking activities including project finance and mergers & acquisitions transactions. His industry experience covers infrastructure, energy, logistics, retailing, industrial manufacturing and tourism. Prior to joining Valour in 2020, he was the Manager of Project and Structured Finance in Odeabank. Ercüment received his BS degree in Economics from Bilkent University and MS degree in Finance from Koç University.
Burak Gürdal
DirectorBurak Gürdal has thirteen years of banking experience. His industry experience covers energy, privatization, infrastructure, tourism, healthcare & medical, financial services and retail. Prior to joining Valour, he worked as manager for ICBC Turkey at Project and Cross Border Finance Department. Burak received his BS Degree in Business Administration from Gazi University.
