ISS Turkey acquired 100% of Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri
Established as a subsidiary in 2015 to operate the healthcare investments of Rönesans Holding, Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri was fully acquired by the Denmark-based facility services company ISS Facilities.
Danish ISS Facilities, which was founded in 1901, operates with nearly 500,000 employees in more than 30 countries, including Turkey, ISS Turkey provides support services to facilities such as cleaning, security, technical maintenance, plant care and insect control. The company has Ankara, Bursa, and Izmir branches as well as regional offices in Adana, Gaziantep, Eskisehir and Denizli with over 40,000 employees in Turkey. ISS Facilities provides services to over 4,000 customers at 5,000 points in the country.
Rönesans İşletme Hizmetleri is the largest operator of Turkey in the health sector through support services by reaching the total bed capacity of 9500 beds under the scope of Yozgat, Adana, Elazığ, Bursa and special purpose physical therapy and rehabilitation, psychiatry, high security forensic psychiatry hospitals.
Valour acted as the financial advisor to ISS Turkey and ISS Global A/S for the financing of the acquisition. A comprehensive financing package, which consists of both cash and non-cash facilities, has been arranged by Valour Advisory with a total amount of ca. 1bn TL. The financing package has been provided by an esteemed group of Lenders including Akbank, Garanti BBVA, Türkiye İş Bankası and TSKB.
